Most online mlm training sites will tell you to “buy this because it is a TURN KEY” solution. In truth is, building a profitable network marketing business requires building relationships because people like to do business with people they know, like and trust.

Online MLM Training Step #2 – Truly Effective Online Marketing Requires Free Content

Simply leading with your business opportunity and saying “earn and extra $500-$5,000/ month is not going to cut it.

You are going to need to “Lead with value 1st and your opportunity 2nd.

To do this, you will need a personal website/blog, write words of encouragement and give people a way to connect with you.

Also provide some free valuable training/ tools that you can give away.

Online MLM Training Step #3 –Have A Content Promotion Plan and Work Your Plan Consistently

A plan of writing/ making content is going to bring visitors to your website. If you have a good site that offers value, words of encouragement and a way to connect with you, you can have your inbox filling up with leads.

Notice that daily consistency is very important. Just writing or making 1 piece of content is not going to cut it. The magic happens with compounding content of yours that starts to get picked up all over the internet.

Online MLM Training Step # 4 – Think Leads. Leads Are The Name of the Game…

A lead is someone who visits your website, watches one of your videos, or reads a piece of content of yours and says, “I like it, I am going to get more information for him/her”

“The big money is in your list”.

You will want to use an email list service such as Aweber to build an ever growing database of your leads a contacts, you will then follow up with those leads and can present your business opportunity to them once they know, like and trust you.

Online MLM Training Step # 5 – Brand Yourself To Be The Leader People Are Looking For…

In order to recruit a lot of people you will need to “be something more than average”. If your company is giving you a replicated website, imagine how many other representatives are using that same site! It might even be 100,000’s!

By having your own personal blog and providing a personal touch, it will increase your chances of recruiting ten fold.

Online MLM Training Step # 6 – Leverage Top Internet Marketing Funded Proposal Systems

What you are going to find, is that you need to spend money in order to make money.

Beginning leveraging funded proposal systems to put immediate cash into your pocket, even if the leads say “no” to your primary business.

“Build a business, not just a downline”.

You will want to find a way to turn your leads into cash, regardless whether they join your primary network marketing company or not.

You can do this by “leading” with a funded proposal system, a system that offers your leads training solutions, courses and resources first. This will allow you to earn cash off of all of your leads, even the ones that are not interested in join your company.

Online MLM Training Step # 7 – Guide Your Team Into Using Internet Network Marketing Too

Teach your team to do the same thing and you will explode your current business.
